Stages of our Process:
After procuring the meat from the slaughter house, the meat is unloaded in the chiller for further processing. Firstly, the Deboning is done, wherein insertions are made & the bones are removed from the meat. After deboning, the Meat is processed according to the requirements. The following are the other important steps of our processes:
  • Weight:- After processing, the Meat is weighed and segregated into certain weight slabs and moved further for packaging
  • Fresh Packaging:- When weighed & segregated, the Meat is fresh packed hygienically with safe & food-grade packaging
  • Pre-Chilling:- The packed items are then pre-chilled in order to retain the quality and longevity
  • Blast Freezing:- In-order to remove the heat from the meat, the products are placed in the blast chiller that offers greater heat removal capacity and utilizing high-velocity, convected air directed through the product zone to promote fast, even cooling of foods
  • Plate Freezer:- Further, the Meat is Plate Frozen, which is a quicker method, where containers are sandwiched between two refrigerated plates and frozen in from 30 to 90 minutes at-40 Degree Celsius
  • Packaging:- Once the Meat is removed from plate freezer/blast freezer, they are packed as per client specifications.

We hold the capability to execute customized orders in bulk.

Robust Infrastructure
We possess a state-of-the-art facility comprising of ultra modern machines and trained manpower to deliver the superior products for our valued clients. Our unit is equipped with modern tunnel, blast and plate freezing facilities to execute every task efficiently and smoothly. Our cold storage facility is capable of storing 1400 to 1500 MT of meat in a month. With our sound technical set up, we are capable of producing 70 MT of output in a day.
